The current approach of using qemu_chr_fe_write() and ignoring the
return values results in dropped characters [1].
Let's update the SiFive UART to use a async sifive_uart_xmit() function
to transmit the characters and apply back pressure to the guest with
the SIFIVE_UART_TXFIFO_FULL status.
This should avoid dropped characters and more realisticly model the
hardware.

Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros.
This makes it difficult to automatically replace their
definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.
Patch generated using:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
--pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName"
declarations.
Followed by:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \
$(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will:
- move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros
- add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

This is an effort to clean up the hw/riscv directory. Ideally it
should only contain the RISC-V SoC / machine codes plus generic
codes. Let's move sifive_uart model to hw/char directory.
