bsd-user: Move _WANT_FREEBSD macros to include/qemu/osdep.h

move _WANT_FREEBSD macros from bsd-user/freebsd/os-syscall.c to
include/qemu/osdep.h in order to pull some struct defintions needed
later in the build.
