Call Layout() after DrawingPanel OnSize event

When processing the `OnSize` event in the `GameArea` and calling the
embedded `DrawingPanel` `OnSize` event, call `Layout()` afterwards.

This seems to improve the resizing behavior of the EGL `wxGLCanvas`
`DrawingPanel` on Wayland.
