stephena fb0df96cfe Added FA2 scheme to ROM debugger tab (loading/saving RAM to 
Harmony flash with hotspot $FF4 is mentioned, but currently
unsupported).

Implemented changing banks for MC scheme (although no test ROMs
exist, so we don't even know if the scheme works).

Stella is a multi-platform Atari 2600 VCS emulator which allows you to
play all of your favourite Atari 2600 games on your PC.  You'll find the
