stephena e4c22f2815 Disabled switching to fullscreen mode in Windows when using OpenGL. Something is seriously screwed up there, and I'm not even attempting to get it working for this next release. It seems that sometimes switching to fullscreen in Windows in software mode causes crashes as well.
