stephena cea15a420a By popular demand (or at least 3 people :), re-added pause functionality. It's now another state in the eventhandler, logically making more sense than the way it was implemented before. An onscreen 'Paused' message now appears every 5 seconds or so, just to make sure everyone knows the app hasn't locked up.
