stephena ca22361007 More work on cheatcode support. The '-cheat' commandline argument now works correctly, and inserts the cheats for whatever ROM happens to be loaded. The CheatCodeDialog now communicates with CheatManager, meaning that cheats can be seen in the dialog, and enabled/disabled with their respective checkboxes.
