stephena a1ac026cbc Added 'cpurandom' commandline argument and associated UI item, to randomize
the CPU registers (A/X/Y/PS) on ROM load.

Added 'INTIM Clks' to the debugger I/O tab, showing the number of clocks
before the current INTIM value decreases by 1.

Stella is a multi-platform Atari 2600 VCS emulator which allows you to
play all of your favourite Atari 2600 games on your PC.  You'll find the
