stephena 8ce5a7cdab Removed 'paddle' as a saved setting (it can still be set from the commandline or by pressing Ctrl-0/1/2/3). Also removed all related settings from the settings dialog. Added a ROM property called 'Controller.PaddleNo', which specifies which paddle to use for a particular ROM (not all ROMs use paddle 0 be default).
