stephena 7800ae585d Added code to actually perform bounds checking on the TIA display properties, and changed the lower bound on Display.Height (210). Cleaned up some redundant TIA code. Fixed crashes in RomInfoWidget caused by viewing images larger than the allocated surface (now the remainder is simply not displayed).
