stephena 083245cf9c Added the ability to dynamically switch which palette the emulator uses to the SDL port. Currently, the three choices are the current Stella palette (standard), the palette from version 1.1 (original), and the one from the z26 emulator (z26). The '-palette <standard\|original\|z26>' option can be used from the commandline, and Control-P can be used while within the emulator.
