Don't save last selected ROM for GP2X port. In conjunction with the new
Settings API, this results in a stellarc file only being generated when absolutely necessary, and saves on writes to flash-ram. git-svn-id: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/stella/code/trunk@1023 8b62c5a3-ac7e-4cc8-8f21-d9a121418aba
