Removed redundant code in X11 and SDL versions dealing with setting options
from an INI file or commandline to this new class. Now the reading of commandline options or from INI files can be used by any frontend that uses this class. git-svn-id: svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/stella/code/trunk@51 8b62c5a3-ac7e-4cc8-8f21-d9a121418aba
