Various cleanups to documentation and snapshots:

- Changelog updated for recent fixed from Thomas J.
- Minor formatting fixes in TIASurface class
- Updated documentation for 'ss1x' mode; snapshots now have only scaling disabled, not effects removed
- Updated snapshots for change in ss1x, and also ran them all through pngcrush, to optimize size
