make precompiled header slimmer under Linux to increase CI and dev-machine build-times

make sure unused modules don't compile
add unused modules to the VS project to easier keep track of them

Probably that's closer to what a real PS3 does. Anyway, tests are
required to be sure about that.

element of the unsorted list to be run. This is now fixed.
