3rdparty Enabled PCH for w32pthreads library. It compiles a *lot* faster now. ;) [whole thing rebuilds in under a second on my machine, heh] 2009-03-01 05:06:25 +00:00

common Yay more header file cleanup chores! Removed most of the Windows.h dependencies from non-Win32 specific files, and fixed the annoying ARRAYSIZE warnings.
