arcum42	85c6db67c2	Linux: Get the locations of ini files for plugins mostly working again (I know about the USB & FW stubs). (Issue 55). This is still somewhat hackish; I'll probably be cleaning up bits later, and this does put LOCAL_PLUGIN_INIS out of commission for the moment. It will come back eventually. This ought to also take care of issue 54.
