Jonathan Li 96b412ebb8 pcsx2|common|gsnull: Remove GSprintf API 
It's not really used, and the OSD uses a different API.

The specified calling convention (stdcall) is also incorrect since
variadic functions are caller-clean, not callee-clean. The compilers
ignore the stdcall and just use cdecl (I think), though it does trigger
a -Wcast-calling-convention on clang.

Jonathan Li bfeb3e801a gsnull: Remove GSsetWindowInfo 
PCSX2 doesn't actually use it.

GSnull also seems a bit behind the current GS plugin API - perhaps it
should be removed.

cottonvibes a4059b45b5 Bring back GSnull, zzogl, and old plugins from the dead! 
(they were crashing with the new Gif rewrite... shouldn't anymore)

Although Jake had added the new "GSgifTransfer" callback to these plugins in the past, he forgot to modify the .def files so pcsx2 can actually use them :p

arcum42 85c8e4c4af Mostly port the GSnull plugin to Windows. Currently asserts on startup in Windows about GSirq not being null. (Though it works if you hit ignore.)

arcum42 a80dfabca8 Initial commit of a new null plugin, GSnull (Linux only until I get around to porting it). Yes, it's just what it sounds like; running the pcsx2 without any graphics. May be useful under somewhat bizarre circumstances. :)
