Jake.Stine	e96dbe443f	Major header file house cleaning! Should speed up recompilation times by a few percents. ... Linux note: There's a chance as usual that this might break something in Linux because Linux and Windows STL headers have different dependencies. Namely <algorithm> might still be needed in on some of the PrecompiledHeaders.
