Jake.Stine	ed7638488c	zzogl-pg: compilation fixex for MSVC builds: ... * resolve a namespace conflict between std::count (due to a 'using namespatce std;' directive) [debug builds only] * switch all MSW-specific code to be unicode compliant so that unicode-only Utilities lib can be used under Windows.
