GameDB: Wild ARMs 3,4,5,F + maintenance
Reduces Hash cache numbers, improving speed in certain areas and reduces GS usage. An oddity is that it is less effective on 5 and also needs roundsprite half and not Wild arms. I wonder if they made big changes in the engine compared to 3 and 4. I also fixed the discrepancies between regions (missing fixes probably missed due to having different naming for the Japanese versions) As well as fixing comments + missing serials
