Subject: [PATCH] common-linux: Try to read cached/buffered memory using
 MemAvailable.

Add two fallbacks if MemAvailable isn't available:
1. Add manual approximation/Linux-like heuristic fallback.
2. Add sysinfo if manual approximation fails.
