i18n: add more fallback for some languages (thanks to pg) cmake: implement the new XDG_STD options It allow to move all pcsx2 data from $HOME/PCSX2 to $XDG_CONFIG_DIR/pcsx2. Clearly a matter of personnal preference. debian: drop the useless stable packet from the trunk.
