Set menubar height to 0 in fullscreen (#924) 

* Set menubar height to 0 in fullscreen

* Avoid using hide() on the mainwindow's menubar as it breaks menubar
actions.

* Fixes save/load state shortcuts not working in fullscreen (#922)
