Flyinghead c3d954263b gdrom: fix soft reset. ignore slave requests. Unknown ATA cmds handling Retain currently inserted disk during soft reset Correct DriveSelect value. GD-ROM: Gigabyte Disc Read-Only Memory

This is the GD-ROM emulation part v3. v1 was unusable and v2 was our initial release.

- Technical approach is wrong
- Some secondary stuff are not (really) implemented
