Flyinghead 19a160695c android: since ndk23 exceptions traversing dynarec blocks cause a crash 
NDK 23 switched to clang's unwinder instead of gcc so __register_frame()
takes a single FDE as argument (as in macOS).
Fix for MINIDUMP-3M and MINIDUMP-3N
