Flyinghead c860807fef gdrom: reduce dma buffer size. reios: schedule dma reads by chunks 
Reduce gdrom dma buffer size to 16 sectors from 32.
Limit serialization of dma and pio buffers to actual content.
reios: schedule transfer of dma data in chunks.
Fixes Soul Calibuf audio drop outs at boot with HLE BIOS (RA).

Flyinghead e7a33e6de1 reios: allow hle savestates to be loaded in non-hle mode 
Always initialize reios hooks during startup so hle savestates always work.
Fix bios loading logic for naomi/aw

Flyinghead aadc9c3bfc Detect game region/vga support and set options accordingly 
Better IP.BIN parsing (wince, vga)
Use wince flag and boot filename for wince detection
Switch to TV composite if vga unsupported
Switch to supported BIOS region if current is unsupported or default

Flyinghead f454c79f08 TA: ISP_BACKGND_D has only 28 bits of precision 
Calculate background depth accordingly
add extradepthscaling of 0.1 to wince games so the last four bits of
depth are significant

Ender's Games 2311253aa5 Config: log a software name to the configuration file 
This value is printed to the config file alongside individual settings and cannot be modified. It will be replaced each time the configuration is read, preventing any risk of user error.
