Fixed random behavior occurring due to passing 0xFFFF into SDL_GameControllerGetButton. May have shown up as unexpected button presses, or something far worse like a segfault. Source comments explain a little better.

Added basic SDL2 GameController API support. SDL2 rendering added. For some reason windowed mode totally sucks, at least on my Ubuntu 12.04 machine. But fullscreen runs just fine. Updated main SConstruct to allow overriding LIBRARY_PATH and INCLUDE_PATH for non-standard SDL2 installation paths

Updated sdl2 branch SConstruct defaults to use SDL2=1 and OPENGL=0. The combination SDL2=1 and OPENGL=1 currently does not build. This is also partially just a test of my new SVN permissions while still doing something mildly useful
