d_neogeo: gowcaiet/mslug5bs/mslug5cq/mslug5sg, mslug5 can handle prg's greater than 0x800000.
neo_run.cpp/neogeo.h: The prg length needs to be publicized, and nAllCodeSize is set as a global variable.
