John Peterson f992dae50d OpenGL: It seems like there was a purpose with the separate glViewport() and glScissor() in PE_copy.clear after all. I'll disable the XFB supplement until it works with those functions to.

Core Emulated Wiimote: Added game specific Wiimote cursor configuration. The IR pointer settings will be saved for the ISO id of the ISO that is loaded. This is necessary because there is no common way of treating the IR pointer positions.
