John Peterson 9e0439a193 Elf loader etc: Added command line elf loader so I can build and run homebrew with F5, use it with -e file.elf. Made some comments towards finding why lwbt fails to complete the HCI negotiation. I found that it worked in revision 800 so I will try to figure out what broke it along the way. DebuggerWX.vcproj	added compile time assertion for _SECURE_SCL=0. It is very important that all libraries are compiled with the same _SECURE_SCL if you want to share STL functions between libraries.	2008-10-15 12:40:31 +00:00
