JosJuice 24a697514e ControllerInterface/Android: Use InputEvent.getDeviceId 
Instead of InputEvent.getDevice followed by InputDevice.getId.
Should hopefully fix https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/13237,
while also being simpler.
