Glenn Rice 22872b383c Make toggling of word wrap for the log window nicer for linux. Unfortunately this method is only implemented for wxGTK (what not wxMSW? Shocker!). 
Made it so that Source/Core/DolphinWX/Globals.h is only used for the wxWidgets build, and a little other file inclusion clean up.
Fix an issue where a user runs a game from the open menu or toolbar items with a clean user directory, and henceforth double clicking on the empty game list (where it says double click to browse for games), that game is run again.

Glenn Rice 840bd3613f Use GetClientRect in the GameListCtrl OnSize function, but removed the +5 padding. This seems to look best on windows and linux. Unfortunately wxWidgets on linux doesn't account for visibility of the vertical scrollbar in this or any calculation I have found. 
Also fixed an issue with the saving of the log/console window size.

Glenn Rice 3859a7dce2 Lots more work on making the frame aui stuff functional. 
Also added a DSPCORE_STOP state.  The DSP-LLE debugger window segmentation faults if it is openned when a game is not running.

Glenn Rice f885eb2de0 Did some clean up of the GUI main. Also, parse command line options first, then set up directories (linux and apple), then load the log manager, sconfig, etc. Removes the need for my silly log manager and sysconf reload. 
Changed the default font for the log window to the local font (why was a Japanese font the default?).  Also fixed an issue that prevented the log windows settings from being saved properly.  Lots more needs to be done with the AUI manager.  That stuff doesn't work.

Shawn Hoffman c9edf3cde0 convert sjis strings in the wxw logwindow to sjis encoding. (Thankfully wxw seems to do it's own checking to see if the source data is really sjis).

Shawn Hoffman eacb9ccd80 Improve behavior of the console window on windows. Remove coloring from logwindow for the time being. Now you can use wxGetApp if you #include Main.h, and GetCFrame, etc...

Shawn Hoffman 5402fa67af logwindow: cmdline now gets enter key event, no need for the submit button. some code which is supposed to color the textctrl, but it mysteriously doesn't. fun

Shawn Hoffman 2301d072a6 nakee's new logmanager. added a console window for windows builds (prints to parent console on non-win32). also fix some random wxw bugs: main window's position is saved when using debugger, disabling windows from the tools menu are saved settings, some other small fixes
