Clean up. Replace ProjectionHack = -1 with ProjectionHack = 0 and SafeTextureCache = True with SafeTextureCache = 1.

used a hack to make cheats work. just activate cheats now or add cheats between the first +(usually a must code, a add must here or just a dont remove this line) and the last + (usually empty).
