Jordan Woyak	fbaf965995	Eliminated the plugin interface. Merged DX9/DX11/OGL video plugins into Dolphin. It could still use a lot of cleanup. Lots of things are still named "plugin". Software renderer is temporarily disabled until it gets some namespaces. Soren Jorvang	9b3920d1a9	Explicit dependency on libvideo. Back out r6960 for now. The wxGLCanvas may need to be persistent and owned by DolphinWX in the rendertomain case.
