DSP: Fix broken disassembly (deleted some remaining byteswaps). Don't check for external interrupts every cycle. Loop endpoint detector added to Analyzer (this will be useful for a future JIT).

nakee's new logmanager. added a console window for windows builds (prints to parent console on non-win32). also fix some random wxw bugs: main window's position is saved when using debugger, disabling windows from the tools menu are saved settings, some other small fixes

Added AI FIFO wave logging to HLE plugin. Same for LLE plugin is coming soon. Plus some extra critical section locks in LLE plugin.
