Upgrade GLEW to version 1.5.7:

New extension:
	GL_NVX_gpu_memory_info
Bug fixes:
	Improved mingw32 build support
	Improved cygwin build support
	glGetPointervEXT fix
	Add GLEW_VERSION_1_2_1

Fixes issue 3798.
