- Enable MAPPED_JIT_FUNCS for the Cocoa port.

Cocoa Port:
- Change the default JIT Block Size to 12.
- Update some tooltips for the CPU Emulation Engine controls.

Cocoa Port (OpenEmu Plug-in):
- Make CommonSettings.jit_max_block_size=12 the default setting.
