rogerman c6269ca7ff Firmware: Initializing the fake firmware and applying the firmware settings from an internal firmware config struct are now split into separate operations. This allows the user to freely choose between using internal firmware config or using an external firmware.dfc file for their firmware settings, regardless of whether or not they are booting from external firmware.
