dottorleo 79e5ffa64b - Lots of Italian truncated words are now fixed (except the words on the Debug stuff, that need a major reworks) 
-Joined latests modifies by Pokefan from trunk to 0.9.6 branch

-Added the missing option "Patch DelayLoop SWI" in Italian, French and Japanese translations. For Japanese and French is a simple copypaste so it need the appropriate translation. 

-Remanaged a bit the IT/JP/FR "Emulation Settings" submenu to make it similar to the EN one.
