rogerman 58d32b05c4 OpenGL Renderer:
- Revert OpenGLRenderer_1_2::CreateShaders() to r4522.
- Add OpenGLRenderer::LoadShaderPrograms() to give a chance to modify the shader programs before compiling them.
- Fix bug where shader compiling would fail on the 3.2 renderer.
