zeromus 0d36fecf93 reconfigure sse optimizations. all asm routines have been rewritten with intrinsics so that they are more neatly inlineable; this speeds them up by a couple of FPS; also, they work in gcc; and they can be enabled separately with ENABLE_SSE and ENABLE_SSE2; 95% of the optimizations come from the SSE optimizations, meaning that SSE2 will not be necessary to enjoy the bulk of the optimizations.
