This function emulates a quick power cycle or a pulse on the RESET cartridge pin in an emulator instance. This has a similar effect to [[GB_reset]], but it will keep the contents of all RAM types (including internal RAM types), as well as MMIO registers that have their contents preserved even after a reset.
## Thread Safety
`GB_quick_reset` must not be called if the instance is being run in any thread, including the current one (via a callback).
