(menu/intl/menu_hash_de) Minor cleanups and some new translations
...
All translatable strings from menu/intl/menu_hash_us.c are now also
present in menu/intl/menu_hash_de.c. This makes it very handy to run a
diff on both files to see if any string have been added or removed.

Added more german translations
...
These should now be on par with the english translations. Some minor
fixes have been applied, too.
I tried to keep the same order as the english translations to make it
easier to see what's still missing (in case new strings get added).
