Themaister 9a96e6a8f3 Rewrite linuxraw-joypad. Add hotplug. 
Adds plug-n-play to linuxraw-joypad.
Can plug devices in and out in flight.

linuxraw_joypad is now default joypad API on Linux,
making SDL obsolete.
