SMS.Input.cs add IRegionable as an emulator service to indicate NTSC vs PAL, etc. Refactor cores that conveyed this information to use this service, fixed cheaty reflection to grab this info to use the service instead, marked some cores as region not applicable where it made sense to me (I'm sure I'm wrong in some cases) 2015-08-05 20:12:09 -04:00
