Possible applications include AWE mutex+mapping, and cothread no-GC regions. DynamicLibraryImportResolver.cs	Add the elf stuff back to solution (doesn't do anything, don't use, ugly and embarassing, etc). Switch gpgx to use bizinvoker and slash a few hacks there.
