adelikat 5ba74c631c Remove MemoryDomains from IEmulator into a new Interface, IMemoryDomains, Add this interface to existing cores, except null emulator (and removed memory domain related code from it). Refactored EmuHawk for ram tools to use an instance of IMemoryDomains rather than IEmulator, don't expose ram tools unless the core implements IMemoryDomains.
