AxROM.cs Revert "Update AxROM.cs". Licensed AxROM games were all 256KB or smaller, so they'd never hit this codepath. Non-licensed games certainly can be 512KB on AxROM, and we don't want to break that. The "hardware tests" comment is meaningless -- tested on what hardware?
