SNES9X Add an IServiceProvider interface and make it a property of IEmulator, the purpose of this provider is to provide IEmulatorServices upon request. Make BasicServiceProvider and have all cores use it for now. BasicServiceProvider will return the core itself if the core itself is the requested type. He will also be able to return nested types (code not finished).
